• MEAT SAUCE
  • 1 lb. ground beef, browned and simmered
  • 1 clove garlic or garlic powder
  • 1 Tbs whole basil
  • 1-1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 can tomatoes (2-1/2 cup)
  • 2 (6 oz) cans tomato paste
  • 1 (10 oz) pkg noodles, cooked and drained (you don’t have to cook the noodles, just lay them in your pan completely covered in sauce, and they will cook in the sauce)
  • 1 lb. Mozzarella cheese

CHEESE MIXTURE

  • 3 cups cottage cheese
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 Tbs parsley flakes
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Place in layers, alternating noodles, cheese filling, Mozzarella cheese, and meat sauce. Then repeat. Bake at 375 for 45 minutes (or until bubbly in the middle.)
