Guacamole is a delicious dip made from avocados, onions, tomatoes, and chili peppers. The word “guacamole” comes from the Aztec word “ahuacamolli,” which means “avocado sauce.” According to legend, the Aztecs created the first guacamole by crushing avocados with a stone mortar and pestle.
